The new flexo printer K2 designed to print on medical paper as well as Tyvek. The printer is for installation on deep drawing packaging machines in front of the sealing station.

The intergraded positioning system guarantees a fast and exact positioning of the print on the surface of the package.

The printer is perfectly suitable for economical wide area printing of the top foil. Maximum flexibility is achieved in combination with our thermal transfer printing system DP Futuro to print the variable data.

 

Printing plates are used instead of printing drums. Photopolymer or rubber clichés are used as data carrier.

Paint Circulation:

 
The paint circulation is accomplished by an electrical diaphragm pump. The optional viscosity control system VKS ensures  constant colour intensity.
